OT is an excellent place to workout. Every day is a different workout. If you think you cannot do it because you have heard is intense, you are wrong. Yes is intense but you go at your own pace and you will find yourself trying to do more every day. Coaches are very knowledgeable and will help you with any conditions or injuries that you may have to keep you safe while you can still workout. Is a great environment, music is always good.

I really love Orange Theory because two workouts out of my week are ones I don’t have to think about. I show up and follow the daily workouts while some great music is blasting. I wish I would’ve invested in a membership a long time ago!

Going onto my third week in Orange Theory, and to be honest it’s been nothing but amazing. The OT app is super convenient to reserve your spot in the classes. They have numerous classes throughout the day. This facility is extremely clean which is nice, and they take care of the facility as well as the equipment. To top top it of , the coaches are all extremely nice, helpful , fit , and knowledgeable! I have 0 complaints so far , and feel extremely motivated in the gym. It’s pricy, but worth the money if your primary worry is your health, getting a GREAT workout in, & actually attend classes frequently. I’ve been going 6x a week, so I’m achieving my goal as well as getting my money’s worth. Great place. Love what they got going on.

I think I cannot say a single bad thing about anything of my first visit. From the sales rep, receptionist to the trainer - each had a great personality. Jeff the trainer at the time. Had the best attitude for person training - he could motivate a tree to workout. I went with my cousin who isn't in the best shape. This guy was in the "red" as soon as he sat on the row for warm ups. Jeff helped him through and guided him to finish the workout. I've done crossfit classes, gym classes and the like. Jeff is by far the best trainer I have ever had to lead the class. 5 Star.

If you’ve already been doing Orangetheory and become pregnant, check with your doctor first. Our heart rate monitoring is a perfect way to keep an eye on your intensity as you progress through your pregnancy. If you are a few months into your pregnancy and haven’t been doing any sort of fitness training, wait until after you have your baby and we can help get you back into shape!
Absolutely. Our coaches are trained to provide options for each exercise on the floor, in addition to offering a low-impact bike and strider alternative in place of the treadmill for lower body injuries or orthopedic restrictions.
Of course. Orangetheory is geared toward ALL levels of fitness and everyone is free and encouraged to go at their own pace. We recommend trying a free introductory workout, then discussing any thoughts or questions you may have regarding your fitness goals, with your coach.
Splat Points indicate minutes spent in the orange and red zones. Aim for 12 or more Splat Points per class.
Orangetheory is 5 Zone heart rate based interval training using specifically designed and timed interval training blocks. During a workout, members focus on Zones 3, 4 and 5. The workouts are designed to produce 12 minutes or more in Zones 4 & 5 combined (to achieve the after burn) during the treadmill training portion of the workout.
We’ll ask that you arrive no more than 15 minutes before workout and avoid congregating in the lobby.

Our workout room has a variety of equipment including treadmills (bikes and striders as alternatives), WaterRowers, and floor equipment including dumbbells, benches, TRX suspension trainers, medicine balls, BOSU trainers and AB Dollys.
Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full body workout, focused on training to build endurance, strength and power. We use heart rate-based interval training, which burns more calories post-workout than traditional exercise. When wearing our heart rate monitors, your real-time results are displayed on large screens throughout the studio. Intensity is based on your individual heart rate zones, making the workout effective for all fitness levels. To top it off, our fitness coaches lead the workout to prevent you from overtraining or undertraining.
OTbeat™ is our exclusive heart rate monitoring technology. Members have the unique experience of seeing real-time data during their workout, enabling them to push themselves to new limits. After class, they can then monitor their improvements through emailed results and by using the Orangetheory Fitness app.
