Came here twice a while ago. Good & efficient. Fill out a form online, get QR code, scan, test, done! Came here again today. 0 people in line. I’ve sat here for 45 minutes and haven’t tested yet. The process: call someone to schedule a test, takes 10 minutes giving him all my info. Take another 10 minutes filling out the same info on a form, including insurance info. Go fill out an online form with the EXaCt same info. All the while the poor lady is struggling with the system and can’t communicate as she didn’t speak English (or I guess as I don’t speak Spanish… since we’re in Miami) Incredibly frustrating experience. Not sure what changed. Please go anywhere else to get your test…

We scheduled the mobile service testing to come to our home and the service was excellent. Maribel Ortega was communicative and timely in the day leading up to our appointments, even giving us options to move our appointments earlier in the day as her schedule allowed. She arrived prompt, pleasant and professional and it was an excellent flawless experience. We had our results within 2 hours. There was a snag with the misspelling of my name, when it was originally taken by the scheduler and Maribel was on it immediately to correct it in the system working with the administrative end at the office. Thank you Maribel!
