First time going. We went for a local high school graduation. Parking was easy in and out. The Convocation center was nice and clean. It was able to accommodate a large number of people without any difficulty. The seats are terribly uncomfortable and my seat was actually broken (before I sat on it). We had good seats though and didn't want to move. 4 stars.

Always well organized. Clean restrooms. Only drawback at the event I attended was...the parking lot exits were all blocked off at end of event. My opinion is that the exits should have been opened after surge of immediate traffic had left. I am sure the JMU police have a good reason for not opening them.

Love to attend the Women’s basketball games. The convo is always clean the employees are always helpful if a problem arises and all of them are friendly. The food is a little pricey which everyone expects that. The JMU pep band is the greatest.
