This place WAS well managed and had a great sense of community. Ever since the new company took over, Maddie pretends to listen they enforce nearly zero of the outlined lease. Parking is beyond a joke with people being forced to park in fire lanes. This property costs far too much to not be heard and basic rules not be enforced.

Since the new management company has taken over the property living here has become a nightmare. Maddie has been less than helpful when we have brought up complaints such as lack of parking or lease rules being violated. Numerous noise complaints by multiple neighbors have been filed and yet nothing is being done. Live elsewhere, for the amount we pay, basic necessities should be easily addressed and this management company fails to meet expectations again and again.

Awful. Just moved in and the unit has insects, mold, water damage, reeks of cigarette smoke and is completely filthy. Please see attached pictures for evidence. Also the banister railing is literally falling off. Talk about a liability. Dishwasher is also rusty. Edit: to the person who responded to my review know I contacted the office first and am waiting three days later without any specific plans on having these issues addressed.

Update: The new management is world's better then the last. Prompt and very friendly. The maintenance guy is also super prompt, friendly and great. The parking situation still leaves a lot to be desired and is not regulated very well but so far we've been happy here. Prices are comparable to Denver crazy rent and the homes are very nice. Wish we could stay forever.
