The employee I spoke to just now on the phone was very helpful, so he gets five stars! However, whenever I walk into the store there is never a person around to ask questions. Many stores have cut back employees for economic reasons yet this might be very helpful to have at least one person roaming to see how they can help rather than stand around chatting with fellow employees, therefore driving people like me to just order online. Hope this helps because I HATE to order online. I'd like to be able to stop by when out on errands, run in and see/handle what I am purchasing.

A poor shopping experience. I was buying a computer bag, and at check out, the cashier meticulously went through the entire bag, every compartment, sticking her arms in elbow deep and feeling everywhere for stolen merchandise. Now that really makes a customer feel great! And then we wonder about the demise of brick-and-mortar establishments…

I came here a few weeks ago to have some prints made as gifts. I walked over to the print and copy dept. where the employee there was legit staring at the wall out of boredom. He was super friendly and asked what I needed. I told him I needed some 13x19’s printed and he told me I could pick them up tomorrow, kinda strange because usually they’re done within an hour or two. I did this every year at the old staples in Newbury Park before it closed this year. So I told him I needed 20 printed and he said “oh I thought you only needed 1, that’s actually going to take about 3-5 days.” First of all 1 day to print ONE 13x19”?! I told him that can’t be right and he said “we’re actually super busy, we have so many orders!” After I just walked over to him sitting doing absolutely nothing, wasn’t even working on a computer, just staring into space with non of the printers printing anything. Either he was just lazy and didn’t want to do his job or didn’t know how to use the printers which is unacceptable considering his position was in the print department. I highly DO NOT recommend getting anything printed there. I then drove to the staples in Camarillo and got 20 photos printed in an hour.

I have gone there a couple of times for print jobs and each time they delivered the goods. This last time, the young lady who was on duty, took my file and handed me the job back completed, 15 minutes later. Very pleased with her handling. (The day prior I had actually gone to another Staples where I was unable to get the file printed. The personnel on duty at this other Staples, a young girl and a man, both had no clue what to do with the file to get the job done). Needless to say I was really happy that someone was able to handle it in 15 minutes. Then I was looking for a toner cartridge. They didn't have the one I was looking for. A gentleman took me to their console where he helped me order it online and had it delivered the following day to my home. The staff is actually seeing that people are being serviced. Appreciated.

I believe they have them in stock, but I don't work there.
Yes, but only if you want a completed puzzle laminated as one piece.
Should be
Call Staples
Yes. 8.5x11 can be laminated in 5mil, 7mil, and 10 mil pouches (that's the thickness), 8.5x14 and 11x17 can be laminated in 5mil, and anything bigger can be laminated in 3mil as long as it's not wider than 24inches and the length doesn't matter.
Give a call.
99c per pound, it's put into a secure locked bin and a 3rd party company (iron mountain) comes in and shreds it.
