Usually I LOVE the chicken coop but today I waited 40 mins and people were getting their food ahead of me who ordered after me. Also the lady checking me out didn't tell me I had to pay at the front. I'm guessing this is a new system after their renovation during the holidays? I would love to go back but I'm afraid of having to wait that long again. Not a good experience.

This happened a couple of months ago. I went in to get 2 corn muffins. The girl had a rude look and tone to her voice. She asked if I wanted the muffins heated up and I said no, that I would heat them up at home. Mind you, the muffins were in the case with other hot foods. I get home and they are hard as a rock, I heat the muffins up in my microwave for a couple of seconds thinking that they would soften up-they did not!!!!😱 They were so hard that I called and returned them and got my money back. Any fool knows that you can't leave muffins, biscuits etc. in heat all day!!! Come on people🤯!!!! The girl was rude when I showed up to get my money back, ugly attitudes in the back and the people in the front of the store are nice. I will never order anything from there again. My friend went there after my experience and the chicken wasn't done all the way through and greasy as hell. My friend was treated rudely as well. I've also witnessed them being rude to another customer as I frequent the convenience store to play my lottery numbers, but not to buy hot food. How can you employ great people for the front of the store and people with no professionalism and kindness in the back of the store??!!With that nasty food.

Thought the chicken was awesome until I tried the cheeseburger! Now I can’t decide my favorite. But my favorite side is definitely their homemade cole slaw! Worth the stop!
