We had a lovely stay in White Salmon, WA with the most incredible views we've seen in a while. There is light to spare, and anyone taking photos of the surrounding landscape won't be disappointed! The downtown area is within walking distance, and the little grocery store was charming. We're used to bringing our own coffee, but we sure could've comfortably left it home this time. Three options for brewing, and everything else you could need! By far the best in any vacation rental I've seen. Even got to see a bit of local wildlife when the bunny came out of the bushes and happily munched grasses for 20 minutes. The birds are numerous and fun to watch as well. They land right on the porch railings to look in and say hello! All in all, a really nice place to take a break from the last year and a half.

Over all 3 spyglass Lane in Sunriver was great! It was clean, had plenty of space, and was well equipped with necessities to make the home enjoyable. The only downfall was that the washing machine didn’t drain properly so your clothes would be soaking wet at the end of a cycle and took a really long time to dry because of it. We had a snafu with the dishwasher as well but they sent someone out to take care of it so we only had to hand wash dishes one day/night. The bikes at the home were a great amenity as well, but a few of the brakes don’t work that great so be careful. However, they did have a kids bike and a pull behind trailer which was really nice. We didn’t get a chance to take advantage of the hot tub but I’m sure that was nice. It’s in a great location overlooking the golf course and super close to the village.

Our family just had a wonderful visit at 34 Fairway Village in Sunriver. The home's floor plan was perfect for us. My hubby and I slept in the upstairs master bedroom. And our daughter and her family occupied the two bedrooms on the lower level. So we had a measure of privacy even though it is a smaller home. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we needed. There are only two suggestions to make the house perfect. The air-conditioning was super cold in the basement level and only minimal in the master bedroom. Fortunately, they had a fan available which helped a bit. The second suggestion would be to provide a blind or curtain at the kitchen sink. At this time of year, the sun brightly shines directly into the kitchen just at the normal time to cook dinner. Our favorite part about this home? The fabulous view of the golf course!

River delivered was fantastic. Very kid friendly, loved the pirate ship tree fort and the tree swing. Unfortunately it was so hot (103) in Hood River that we didn't use the hot tub very much and the upstairs loft space was to hot to sleep in. The AC didn't quite make it up the stairs. We loved the deck space and grilled out often. My only suggestion would be to supply more wash clothes (only 1 for entire house) and better pillows. We would definitely stay here again.
