I've only lived here a week, so I will update later. That being said... the Avalon Park Crest has been a nice apartment to live in so far. My apartment looks recently renovated and I'm happy with the interior. Tamana, the leasing consultant has been especially helpful, but the entire staff here have been great. Generally its been pretty peaceful, no noise complaints, and for an apartment complex the gym here is more than enough. My only real complaint is the cell service I have in my apartment. I have verizon, and the cell service has been spotty.

I lived here for a year, and had to move out since I was relocated. This is the best apartment I ever lived. The leasing officers were fantastic from the day I signed the lease. They were professional, prompt, delivered accurate information and through guideline. Moving can be exhausing but they made it a pleasant experience. The facility, gym, garden, pool everything is fantastic. It is clean, well managed. I once requested for maintanence once through the website at night, and they fixed it in the following morning. Their website is very intuitive. The Amazon hub is awesome, mail room is organized, location is perfect, you can walk around the neighborhood late at night feeling you are home. I would like to say thank you to Nabila and Martin. They just made my 2021 memorable. Once again, thank you.

They brought a birthday card to my door! Also, when I moved in, the lift arm in the toilet reservoir was broken. I put in a ticket and it was fixed within the hour. Thank you Salvador for coming by right away even though it was not an emergency. Also like to point out that the neighbors in general are very polite.

I have really enjoyed living at the Avalon Park Crest for the past 7 months! The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly, and the amenities are great. I’ve heard about noise complaints, but I live next to the trash room and the elevator and I’ve never been bothered by either. I am particularly impressed with the maintenance— I’ve put in two requests and both were fixed completely on the same day. Salvador in particular was extremely efficient and kind! I definitely recommend this place!
