The customer service is horrible. 90 percent of the bus drivers are rude for no reason. And all the front desk people act like its our fault they are there.

Customer service suck on top bus was either extra early or skipped bus stop. Talked calmly to the bus driver after of 103 seem to be a new lady while waiting one hour for the bus to come back I asked her what happen to her being at the stopped at 4:50pm she said she was there which isnt true at all. Now I called the forden station when I missed the bus supposedly taljed with a supervisor I called bj after finally getting on the bus an the customer service agent was very rude an nasty. This all happen at btw the hour of 4:50pm- 5:50pm Thursday 1/4 2016. I will not ride these buses anymore. I rarher walk

Yes. Take the bus from Forden Station and it takes you to Wilson,NC and you get on Amtrak
Ride the 101 to Fordham station and transfer to the 103
And free for uncw works and students just have your uncw idea
No. You have to order your tickets online. Then a bus will take you from Forden Station to Wilson. You catch the train in Wilson. The bus leaves Wilmington at 9:55AM and arrives in Wilson at 1PM
