The bikes look great. They have large quality cardboard boxes for shipping or moving. Alex is super friendly and helpful he called me when a box was in for me to pickup . Theres also a large friendly dog sometimes at the store.

Samantha and her team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. When the rack I bought wouldn’t fit they went above and BEYOND what I would expect of a retailer to help me figure out my situation. 5 stars is not enough! And the bikes are sooo much fun!! A++++

My Electric bike has now become my daily rider with hauling my 6 year old around town. My back brake started having issues, after trying to fix it myself with no luck I decided to stop by Ashland Electric bikes and make an Appointment for service. I stopped in and not only did they look at my bike right away to see what was wrong, they fixed it on the spot. It totally made my day. I highly recommend this shop and the great folks who work here. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Great Product, Great Service! I bought my Electric Bike a year ago and I am still very happy with my purchase. There was no pressure in selling the bike (bike sales are always more enjoyable than car purchases!) Since Ashland is known for the many hills and my house is on a steep hill, I was worried that it could not handle it. But after a year of regular usage, it still does a great job. Yes, when in a few years I need an upgrade, I know where to go.

We have all of the above, Randy. Check out our website to see all the brands and particular models we stock. Of course, we can order any other models from the brands we carry as well. Both pedal assist and manual throttle options are very valid in our opinion. Many of our bikes have both! Thanks for your inquiry.
