My partner and I rent from this company, and Jamie has been fantastic to work with. I had to move to North Carolina for my job, and I was given very short notice to do so. We found a property on Victory Property Management’s website that checked all of our boxes. I called Jamie, and she kindly and swiftly helped us through the rental process so I could meet my moving deadline. Since moving in, she has excellently balanced providing us space with checking in with us to ensure everything is well. It’s been delightful working with Jamie.

I work with Jamie (as a renter) and have been so happy I do. When I first moved in I had a lot more questions and move in needs, like little odds and ends that needed attention. I even had a nest of baby birds show up in the hose to the dryer! Quickly, all was well and we are now very comfortable. She was very responsive and accessible. She checks in with me regularly too. Hey Merry! We do rent to students. Currently, we are listing our available homes 30 days prior to the available move-in date so for July rentals, you'd want to wait until the end of May/ Start of June to start looking. If you're interested in April move-ins, those should all start posting in the next week. The best way to keep up with our inventory is check our website or sign up for alerts through Zillow! Some things are worse than others. We're light on education and medical issues. Depends a lot on the property and owner but we do have higher than usual average scores we assume
Hi Jenny. Yes. Victory real estate offers the option of just finding you a tenant and turning the property over to you to manage(placement) or full management where everything is handled for you start to finish.
