We come back every year, and every year something is new. Super fun! The cheese stuffed breadsticks where the magic show usually is are bomb. 🤣

Pleasantly surprised. Been to many different Halloween attractions. I would say Scarywood is Great, however it has more potiential improve It has a diversity of scares ghillie bush monsters, stilt walkers, clowns, chucky or teddy bear. Scarezones and roaming actors are the best part of the event with atmosphere with surround forest of trees throughout the park and Clowntown carnival themed area. I think they should add some sort of opening ceremony similar to other Halloween theme park events. Some of the mazes were great others lacking: Good Mazes were Blood Bayou extremely gritty highly detailed cannibal family affair. Planet Zombie intense in your face zombie apocalypse maze. Pharaoh's Curse a unique Egyptian theme maze with the mummified dead with detailed tombs. Mediocre Mazes: Dr.Dementia 3D maze just bunch of walls with decent art and extremely blaring music great if you are stoned however had predictable scares and the 3D element has been overdone and commonplace at many haunts. Total Darkness:Basic blackout maze with not much creativity also overdone and complace. If Scarywood changes the 3D and Total Darkness mazes in the future it will improve. A PSA: If you want the best experience go on a Thursday night or a weekend ealry in the month and not to close to Halloween crowds should be expected late October. Head to mazes at the back of the park first.

We got there 30 minutes early and the lines started the second we got near the parking lot. Getting there before 7pm and leaving at close, we got to go on 4 rides, 1 coaster, and see 2 haunts. Lines were way too long, especially for the Total Darkness haunt which was just so-so. The actors did a great job though. We would have bought food but the lines were just way too long. Prices are way to high for what we got to do, over $60 per ticket on a Saturday. The picture is just a portion of 1 queue line.

I came to the park last night close to 8 o clock in the evening. Over all, it was a fun experience. I kind of do wish they would have brought back the train as well as Ancient Ruins . I noticed a few other changes but it's not that big of a deal . Normally when my family and I had gone to Scarywood, there was usually nine different attractions as far as I remember. There were at leave five this year and I had done at least three. It's also sad that not many rides were open. I noticed that in a couple of the attractions like Planet Zombie , they did tone it down a tad bit on the gore which is fine. I thought the actors did great though. I would really like to see other scare zones like Apollo again. I hope that Scarywood will up its game next year. If I had to give this experience a rating out of 10, I'll give an 8.5 . The next one I hope to give it a higher score . But , really the service was good and everyone was fairly friendly. Good job to all the staff last night. 👏

Normally they keep the website updated on if it's running or not, unless it's a sudden closure

Yes
Everything. Scarywood is a big holloween carnival and Silverwood in summer is just a amusement park.
They didn't have any I saw but you could bring your own and get around just fine.
Yes the magic show, roller coasters, and food is all still open if u decide to skip the haunted house
Not normally the kids. They definitely chase the adults.
