I have been a customer with Lynn for the past 15+ years. Her staff are always helpful and go extra miles for us. Recently, my wife bought a new car and the dealership requested us to have a proof of insurance with new car information on the policy before we could pick up our car next morning. We are talking about getting all these insurance documents done on late Friday afternoon. However, Rose was able to work diligently and marvelously to give us a quote and prepare all documents ready for our new car. Thank you for that. From my own experience, I haven't had a better service from anywhere else. Thank you again Lynn and all the staff for your wonderful service all these years.

I have found the office to be poor in responding to questions and the agent Lynn to be rather unprofessional. I have used State Farm for many years when living elsewhere (20+ years) and my experience with Lynn and her staff has.been uniformly poor and very different than the other agents I have had from State Farm. I am switching to a different San Francisco State Farm agent and would suggest all to consider the same. Specific issues with Lynn are: 1.) Her policy quotes are higher due to errors she makes when using the State Farm system - other State Farm agents will incorporate appropriate discounts and respond to requests for adjustments in coverage (her absence of communicating makes this impossible to rectify with her), 2.) she does not respond to the online State Farm portal when messages are sent to her and she and her office staff indicate this is her policy and 3.) her office staff have informed me that she is too busy and therefore only will speak to her clients with a scheduled appointment which are currently 10 days out. Interestingly, within a few minutes of being contacted by my new State Farm agent who would be taking over the account, Lynn called me indicating she was aware of the unanswered messages left by me but laughed at me and never offered an explanation for her poor service. As one of her online reviewers indicated, her best attribute is collecting checks . I can’t imagine the nightmare of trying to work thru a claim with Lynn and her office. Her online reviews indicate this has been uniformly poor. Strongly encourage not using this office - State Farm fortunately has many better people out there.
