Management is disappointing to say the least. Did an order pick up on Sunday, and items were missing (out of stock). They are supposed to tell you when you get there if things are out of stock and give you a receipt of items. Instead, I get no receipt, arrive home and I’m missing toilet paper and other essential items. I called to inquire about items and apparently there were only TWO people scheduled for order pickups on a Sunday and were super backed up with orders, and the printer was broken so I was not given a receipt on site. The manager can’t expect so few people to handle weekend grocery pickups and maintain customer service protocols. More workers need to be scheduled for these instead of putting it all on two people, or management needs to lend a hand. Also, no working printer?? Managers, do better for your workers—and customers. (I attempted to connect with management over the phone but hung up after 10 minutes of holding).

Peapod or Instacart do delivery from giant. Peapod is their own service and I think they offer a good discount on your first order
