So I had lost my wallet and was in need of vape from my fav vape shop but did not have an ID other than my pictures. I asked if I could use my account with them as verification, and understandably they were not able to help me in that regard. However they helped me get set on the colorado app since I had pictures of my ID, and I was then able to use my ID in a way I didn't even know i could. To the gentlemen with the cool beard and the women who worked today to help me, thank you. Customer service can be so hard in this day and age so it makes me happy that there are people out there that go above and beyond what's expected of them. Denver vapor,, you need to give both of them a raise.

Staff are always super friendly and helpful as well as willing to replace any product that doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time or money at HQ Vape the children they employ are always disrespectful and act as tho it’s a burden when asked to simply do their job. If you’re looking for kind knowledgeable people who aren’t going to act offended when asked a question or are brought back a defective product then just make the trip two blocks down to Denver Vape. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The only if I have, is when it came to nicotine salts they thought the lowest concentration was 31 mg. Which isn't true

Denver Vapor is a solid shop for all your vape needs. Customer service is either above and beyond great or non-existent but I ain't mad. Depends who is working. Either way I give them my money. #vapelife #doyouevenvapebro
