First of all i want to say I wish there was zero star that I could offer to this customer service person that encouraged today around 2:30pm. The customer service person was so rude and unprofessional that I have never experienced before. His attitude was unacceptable to everyone. I think he was sleeping in the office and door was locked and we woke him up. There was no sign that would say one person at the time. I was helping my friend find him a storage unit. As soon as we entered, without greeting us, he asked us with very unprofessional sound said one person at the time. Than I told him I am here for storage unit and I checked online you guys have some and he gave me the price that is almost double than online price. I told him that I checked online and the price is much cheaper than you are asking. Then he started asking all the documents that are not necessary to rent a storage unit. I represented ID, phone, SSN, email. And he kept going on. I told him I am not buying a house why you are asking me all these information and than I took my documents and left the facility. I will never ever recommend this place for anyone. Hi

Very nice and helpful person, Rich, I hope I got the name right. Super awesome person, helped me out and made sure unit was clean before move in. And helped me figure out gate code lol even with instructions i get it wrong. Good off the main drag spot. Quiet and kept well run

I have never had any issues with Security Public Storage. I like the easy access to my things, and the fact that they work with you to avoid fees if you are ever in a rough time and late on payment. The employees are very nice, polite, knowledgeable and courteous Plus they have a restroom that's available for their customers.
