Editing my review**** Came here today and the lady working was so sweet❤ She was working so hard trying to keep up with everything all by herself. She deserves a raise🥰 I usually loved coming here at least once a month after my Dr. appointment. When I went last week, it was the worst experience ever! The place was extremely dirty, the tanning bed (the second bed, the second Instant bed be exact). The bulbs felt like they haven't been changed in YEARS. Then I went to use the bathroom. There was dried diarrhea splattered all over the toilet seat, and inside the bowl. It smelled so bad. Finally, I went to spray tan (I pay for the package every month allowing me to double dip anytime). The barrier cream (in room 8) was COMPLETELY EMPTY as well. This isn't the first time room 8 didn't have barrier cream.... I feel like I sound crazy explaining this rn. I promise I am not a "karen" lol. I love giving places 5 star reviews, which I usually do, all i want to see is they are at least trying. The female at this location couldn't care less about the store or the customers. HOW COULD A BUSINESS be open to the public in that state!? It's insane to me. I will just continue going to my usual Noblesville location.

Great beds!!! But the service was bad. I bought the tour of the city and requested that I start with the weak beds first. They did it backwards, weak beds last an I only uses short time thinking it was a strong bed. So I didn't get anything out of my third tan, an then when I showed up for the fourth, I was informed my purchase was expired!!! They could have told me there was a time limit from the start but didn't. So I only got two good sessions, before I was turned away!!!
