I haven't been to a McDonald's in over 4 years that was cleaner then this one overall a great experience for being a fast food place workers were friendly

Best experience I've had at a Mcdonalds...staff was friendly, food was tasty and packaged neatly...I had the Phillies bundle box and was surprised that everything was organized to fit without making a mess....kudos to rt33 in Mercerville

I placed an order to try the new sauce in store through the kiosk, after logging in through the mobile app on my phone and scanning in. I was under the impression this would suffice as a mobile order. When I requested the sauce from the person working the counter the manager stepped in and refused the request. I then placed a mobile order using points and was given one sauce out of the 5 I ordered because I used one of their coupons and did not pay out of pocket. I was with a group of four other people; the manager could clearly see I ordered for the rest of the group who had already purchased food. The situation was very frustrating as a paying customer. I do not fault anyone but the manager working at the time who was being cheap and rude. All other staff was very friendly, attempted to accommodate and deserved a 5/5.

The food was fine however I ended up standing there for several minutes because the staff doesn't seem to know how to interact with customers. It would be nice if they acknowledged customers and informed them that they'll be right with them instead of awkwardly pretending they're not in the store patiently waiting. Please do better, it's not hard to talk to customers, we'll appreciate you more for it.
