Godly delicious pancakes!! The Swedish pancakes are so fricking good served with Lingonberry and butter. All dishes are so well made here. If my cousin had a choice, she would choose to come here everyday for breakfast as there’s a broad variety of pancakes.

Fantastic food and fast service. it looked pretty busy when we pulled up, but we opted for outdoor seating and food came out very fast. Portions were also huge and we struggled to finish our plates

I rarely use this word for reviews...but I really believe this place deserves an Excellent review. From the host to the server plus the prices are still very reasonable...I loved all of it. Tip your server well especially if they're good. They're getting harder to find these days.

I absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is great with a down home feeling. I love how there's a opening to see the cooks prepare the food. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I ordered a supreme omelet which I will now call the gut buster and it was very good. The hash browns are seasoned very well and the portions are very generous. I had the option of going to another pancake House which I won't say the name but I chose to come here for the uniqueness and the experience. It's definitely worth the trip and on a main road with ample public transportation.

Yes, there is wheel chair access on the rear left side of the building (if you're facing the front entrance). You will see the blue sign with an arrow pointing in the correct direction on the left corner of the building. Enjoy!!
No, we have not changed ownership. Millbrae Pancake House has been family owned and operated since 1959. We are grateful that we are still around.
No, I'll never tell a soul.
No, its sugar free syrup the regular kind you can buy at the store
I don't believe they can. Pancakes, even wheat ones, have egg in them.
The menu is online, and yes they do still have the apple crepe
