Great experience with the nicest people with fast, reasonable, yet great service. Took a few links out and changed the battery on the 2nd watch. HE Discovered size still a lil too big from the links asked me to take it off and adjusted. Great Service!

The GrandFather clock my father left me had been moved a couple times and just wasn't working right. I called Joes Clock SHop to come look at it. He came with his wife, and together they took their time working to see why my clock wasn't working right. It had been moved a few times and a piece or two had been removed, but while he was looking at the entricut pieces and parts he noticed over the years the bushings were worn and there was slack causing them to not work at its best. He suggested taking it back to the shop where he could take it apart and replace the parts that were now worn and needed to be replaced. One of the casings on the weights got bent when it fell and he straightened it out and you can't even tell. That saved me additional money, so I didn't have to replace the casing. Joe really demonstrates how much he cares for the work he does, and he and his wife work so well as a team I never had any worries, and knew my clock was in the right hands. When they called me to bring my clock back it just so happened to be on the anniversary of my fathers death... so this is a story of good timing!! What better skills could a clock specialist have than perfect timing! it was A Blessing to me.
