Very clean facility. Great staff and family like environment. The personal trainer Michael has been instrumental in preparing my sons for division 1 ball. He also worked on players from my club at NVSC and got them ready for college. Always see him assisting clients in the gym, teaching them how to use proper technique while using various equipment's. Most importantly, he gave my wife and I hope that we may have a chance to get our All American athletic body back :) . Hey! a man is allowed to dream big :) Thanks Michael!!

Decent gym based in a outwardly racist community, most of the staff works hard for the gym to have a good atmosphere and clean environment but it’s overshadowed by the fact the patrons are obviously discriminating to people of color. Today I walked in and said hello to one of the trainers (short muscular man with tattoos) and was met with nothing but cold stares and unwelcoming energy. As I walked through the establishment I heard slick comments and chuckling by the older caucasian patrons. I’ve been going here for three years but today was the last straw, switching to the another gym in the area with a better community and way better equipment.

Management is friendly and very helpful. The gym is always clean and maintains upkeep on cleaning supplies for the equipment.
