Great chow you'd expect from American style cuisine. Better place to get your coffee and have nice quiet convo (rather than a lifeless logo to be seen at, with bored employees). The ones here actually care.

This review is based solely on the condition of the restaurant. The whole store is tired inside and out. Exterior signage is broken and falling apart, the wood facade pieces and paint are in dire need of replacement. The inside of the store isn’t clean. The bathrooms are filthy and are in need of a remodel, badly. The grout in the bathroom is so dirty that it is black instead of white. Booth cushions with torn fabric, the pie cabinet mounted to the wall needs cleaned badly and components replaced. They literally have TWO new chairs at one table, that is the extent of any update they’ve had. I would like eating there more if the store was majorly updated. Presentation is a part of the dining experience and with the state of this restaurant, it makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen, which makes me not want to eat there. Who wants to eat in a rundown restaurant?

Food was good but service was awful. Took over 10 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge we were even there. When someone finally asked if we had ordered drinks yet, we said no, but could we get a kids menu for my child so she brought that and left....still not taking our drink order. Our actual server finally came after ANOTHER 10 minutes so we ordered drinks and food. A different server brought our drinks, another server brought our food soon after (so food was good and came quickly). A manager walked by right after we got our food and asked if we were ok, which we were at that time. But, we never got checked on again through our entire meal. I had drank my 1 cup of coffee only 1/4 way through my meal and never got a refill (they must not give carafe's of coffee anymore). Luckily my husband had ordered a water with his orange juice or I wouldn't have had anything to drink with my meal. We never got check on through the entire meal, never got any drink refills, and then sat there for over 15 minutes when we were all done eating and all of us had ran out of anything to drink and never got checked on. Our actual server came in from outside (smoking I assume) and then stood there not doing ANYTHING while we ate our food and sat there waiting for drink refills. We never even got our check.....sat there for 15 min waiting after we were all done, all still thirsty and finally walked up to the cash register to pay so we could get home to get a drink. It was ridiculous. I still left a 20% tip for our $55 meal even though she didn't deserve a dime.

4:45 pm Ive eaten here for over 25 years. Its been one of my favorites. But their standards have dipped. To stay in business the waitresses are going to have return to professional dress and friendly customer courtesies. Any free time …
