Actually even though it took three trips to get my license plates in Nebraska from another state. It wasn't that bad, except now I have to fill out paperwork, provide more documentation any money to get my Veteran License plates... you'd think I could get them at my local DMV...

My mom lost her drivers license but has dementia. We want her to have a picture ID and not a drivers license, can we do that on libe?

If her driver's license is less than 1 year expired, you could surrender that license and get a state ID card issued at dmv.nebraska.gov/services. If her address does not match the address on her driver's license, you would need to upload two proofs of her new address as part of that process.
