Great high end, gourmet, speacialy retailer carrying top notch products it is pricy but the quality of the product are top of the line all imported and well made. As someone who loves to cook I love all the imported quality items the staff is helpful. Ever since bankruptcy though they do not quite carry as much of all the items they used to prior to financial issues due to the pandemic but they still carry all the merchandise.

Well it started with a Cyber Monday sale on what I believe was a fantastic 1/3 off a set of Cole & Hamlin set. When I went into Sur La Table I asked for the set and was told that wasn't the price. I proceeded to show him the offer, and while he couldn't explain it, I did. This ad is very misleading, even the customer service representative for Sur La Table quickly agreed. No, the manager won't accommodate you despite the misleading headline, which they know is what you first see. I was then told by the clerk in the store, which is where I made the call to their customer service, that it never stated it was a pair. Fair enough, but the real point as to why I felt I I should be accommodated is that it DOESN'T say 'each'. So that's their mistake, intentional or oversite it met the criteria for them to honor the misleading ad. All for,what to them is miniscule $25.00, and in my opinion their mistake! In summation I would say that their customer service is truly lacking and the rude way I was spoken by the manager Richard, just goes to show that to many companies see customer service as customer confrontation. I now add Sur La Table to that list.
