I lived at Woodmere several years. The staff is very nice and prompt. If I called in the afternoon with an issue, it was almost always resolved by the following morning. It’s conveniently located across from Mercer County Park. I enjoyed my time there.

This place does not care about it’s tenants and will steal your deposit with no justification. Spend your hard earned rental money anywhere but at this location and the company that owns it.

We currently live here. Been here almost a year and love it! Our apartment is hardwood floors, renovated, and spacious. Located in a great area and a great price. The landlord & maintenance team are awesome! If anything is ever wrong, they’re on it in minutes. Definitely recommend if you’re looking!

I am a current resident in the appartments and i must say they could do better with the amount of money they get from their tennants. All the screens in my speficic apartment are old and or were put in wrong. when i had the problem with the upstairs neigbors they weren't very helpful. the washing machine and dryer are alittle over priced. and i actually have to make a call about the air conditioner ...for the second time since i moved in...all in all they need to start paying attention to the needs of their tennants.
