A beautiful place. Single level living so very wheelchair friendly. Beautiful, well kept grounds. The upkeep for individual lots is the responsibility of the homeowner. Homes are very well kept. I don't know about cost, but every resident I've met has been very pleasant.

Park-like landscaping. Decent sized lots. Fairly rural location. Organized social activities. Spacious clubhouse with a pool. Wildlife all around. Easily accessible.
