Fake Hollandaise. I don’t get how you can call ahead and speak with a female staff member at the restaurant, ask them specifically if their Hollandaise is homemade, have them tell you “yes, we are known for our Hollandaise” and then get there, order your Benedict to taste it and find out they use a packaged mix. I asked the other male server before ordering the same question and got the same answer. After eating, it was cooked perfectly to my request but when I asked the server to ask the cook the ingredients I was shocked that he came back and said just milk and butter. The two ingredients to add to your powdered mixtures. I should have gotten the cheese blintzes. They get two stars for the cooking and order accuracy instead of just 1 star.

Great restaurant. Love the crab cake benedict. Love having breakfast all day. Must stop in Chalfont for a bite.

Their choice for ham used in the western omelette with cheese seemed to be extra flavorful and made for one of the best I've had in recent memory.
