I’ve been bringing my dog here for years to get a dremel and every time I come home I notice they still look too long, then they grow back quickly. They never cut the dew claws, I had to point it out by the time it started to curl. Sometimes it wasn’t cut even though I asked, and another time it was barely cut. Over the years it keeps getting more expensive, while the care and attention to detail is not improving. I took my dog somewhere else today for a better price and care(pet parlor in Mountain View). Im not coming back here for a nail trim. Have given years of chances. Their food selection is interesting. My dogs like the dried chicken and apple peanut butter probiotic chews. Ok price. Everything else seems overpriced.

Staff are always attentive and informative about products! By far best pet store I have been to in all of the Bay Area. Always so gentle with my dog when taken for nail trims and even watching the groomers through the small grooming window I can see how gentle they are with him every time we come in. Definitely love coming here with my pup!

Second time we let our puppy groomed there. Clearly they didn't let her out to let her do her needs (urinated when getting out in the middle of the store and then again when we got home), lost her chicken pouch (found it back at the end after I insisted to get it back), got a bleeding nail... And no apologies for this bad experience

Took my dog for nail trimming and they were able to take her to the back and do it right away without an appointment. She seemed happy when she came out and her nails were shorter!
