It's a nice store and the staff is friendly. Restrooms are renovated, but 1 out of 2 is already out of service and not clean. They also need to check their products on a weekly basis because I've found some already expired, quite a few times.

Where have all the kind employees gone? Recently, I’ve seen more new faces, but they don’t offer the same warmth as the previous staff members did. I truly hope the new employees feel supported and recognized for their valuable service because that will inevitably translate over to their level of customer service. So far, it has been grim to nil.

Overall fast service at every department. For the most part staff is friendly except one person here and there but nothing that would cause a problem. My only problem is with the food bar. They don't have anything that is too tasty. In comparison whole foods is much better in almost every aspect of the food bar. Whole foods is much more expensive, however. I do have to say their produce is really good. Meat selection is ok but nothing too fancy. Regardless, have been coming multiple times weekly for years and I will continue to do so.
