This store sold me rotten food. I called twice inquiring about bringing it back without a receipt since I don't usually save food receipts. Both times I was told it was not a problem so I drove down today to bring it back expecting store credit. When I got there I was told that I had to have the receipt for store credit even though I was told twice on the phone that I didn't need a receipt. The purchase was documented on my rewards but evidently they can't access the rewards. So they refused to take it unless I agreed to an exchange right there. It's a perishable item and I had errands to run so I couldn't... A complete waste of time that could have been avoided if someone had told me on one of my 2 phone calls...

Love this location because it's never crowded. Best time to shop are when your favorite items are on sale. Can be pricey. Everyone is super friendly staff and patrons. More than Soopers across the street!

The customer service reps there needs to be retrained. Nothing about their customers service were Safeway brand. I know times are ruff and you basically have to take what you can get, when it comes to employees however I have never received very poor customer service from any Safeway store! “Bonita” I believe that was her name was very unhelpful and gave me the attitude as she’s just there to get a check. Maybe customer service is not for her, or maybe she needs to be retrained!

They Had a Good Selection of products needed. A slight short on other items, but had the Quantity. I Was Also pleased with the Customer Discounts, Card Member! Very Competitive with "Kings" Look for Coupons in your Flyers. 👍 Oh ☺️ And the Conversations with 'Seasoned' Staff and Classic Customers 😉 Unbeatable!!!
