The place was nice and the customer service was good but there were some things that definitely weren't my preference. I got a rocky road milkshake. The milkshake was thin, as another reviewer mentioned. The chocolate taste was mild instead of rich. And I think they use marshmallow cream instead of marshmallows - it tasted odd. I'd go here again but it wouldn't be my first choice.

We decided to go to Stella's downtown after dinner for desert. What a terrible decision that was. After we were cut in line by a group of 6 adults, the staff did not greet us, nor had any control of the flow in the store. There was a boy working there who promptly went to the back office leaving one person to scoop icecream for a store full of people. I attempted to tell the boy we were next in line and he ignored me. I will never ho back to stellas again. What kind of person cuts in front of a 5 year old in an icecream store? The service was awful.

tonight we went in at about 10:15 to get two milkshakes and a scoop of ice cream. i have had great experiences with stella’s in the past and have loved the company. however, today we stepped in and the three women working were chatting and did not greet us. we waited for a few minutes and they talked with each other until we went up and asked them for help. only one left the conversation and began to help us, then after we placed our order she very quickly got distracted by her two coworkers and stopped making our order and joined the conversation. it took almost fifteen minutes for us to get our order, and by the time we were ready to check out the three workers were so engrossed in each other that they didn’t even ask me to pay. I had to ask them to help me check out. then as we were leaving a group of boys their age walked in and the workers immediately began to treat them with much more professionalism and kindness than they did us. i feel frustrated and sad that this was our experience tonight and feel like this needs to be addressed for future customers.

My wife and I have been to Stella's about 20 times. We've tried a few of the "exotic" flavors, but come back for the mint chip, chocolate, and chocolate/banana. The ice cream is creamy and delicious. The staff are essentially high schoolers in the evening and they are friendly and engaging... Good hires folks! ps. I'd go more often, but would need to buy a new belt.
