LAZIEST & MOST INCOMPETENT postal workers EVER! Where's my package? "Attempted Delivery" - an absolute LIE! I was home all day & there was NO attempt. "Delivery Instructions left" - another LIE! There were no instructions left

Love all the employees at my post office. I’m on a first name basis with my local mailman and all of the employees are always professional and courteous. I think the entry and exit doors could do with an upgrade, especially for the elderly and handicapped clients. Driving out off and on to Gretna Blvd going towards Belle Chasse highway is always very difficult and that part or the road could use some re-engineering to make it safer.

May as well shut down the United States Postal Service . They deliver maybe two or three times a week if I am lucky . I have been told that there are large bins that have not even been sorted at the post office . I get bills after they are due . I am totally disappointed in their ability to do the job . I don't know what happened because they use to deliver everyday and I felt that I could depend on there promptness .

I have never lived in a place where mail is just not delivered. Not too long ago we went 3 days without any mail delivered. I have been told by several PO that we don't have a "set person to our route". My packages CONSTANTLY get delivered to the wrong apartment, but luckily I habe honest people who bring it to me. We have also had our cluster boxes left open and unlocked for anyone to just get into. It was also this way before COVID, that's their favorite excuse now.

Because they steal our mail. If I don't get mine when I try to pick it up tomorrow, I will be filing a theft report
I'm having the same problem.
Wait 2 weeks before your trip and bring itinerary to passport office downtown and make sure you get the passport. Call them and they'll fill in the details. Don't use the post office.
No!
It's really terrible when that happens but you might need to go and pick it up
