Went in on 8/13/22 to get some back pain checked out. The nurse practitioner who saw me refused to help me in any way or do anything to figure out what is going on. I have a pre existing medical condition with my back and was told it wasn't that, that my pain was related to my pregnancy and that he wouldn't be willing to do any imaging refused to listen to anything that I was telling him. That's okay when I see my primary care doctor and get the imaging results of what's going on I will be filing a medical neglect case with my lawyer

We came in at 7pm, no wait, and they took us right back. Within 10 mins we were checked in and they were taking my son back for an xray. Great service, very thorough and very pleasant.

I waited a total of 5 hours when they said it'd be a 2 hour wait at most, they asked me a few questions in the office then left for almost an hour before someone finally came back, after they finished everything they said they'd call me with results in a couple days, it's been almost a week and no call. I really don't recommend this place, they also had to collect a urine sample from me and didn't test it until after 4/5 hours, so even if I got my results I'm not sure if it'd even be accurate. Don't go there just go straight to the ER or even wait for a doctor's appointment cause it'd be a shorter wait time and probably more accurate tests/result's.

Dont waste your time. They did not send my sons prescriprion to the pharmacy and then did not answer the phone when i tried to call in about it. On hold about ten minutes and then they hang up on you. My wife (an RN) experienced the same thing. Called again as i drove from the pharmacy and walked in to find two receptionists and supervisor "Deb" with nobody un front of them, and still not answering phones. Drive up to Dayton
