Highly dissatisfied- acknowledged they sold me too tight of sneakers but no offer to make things right. OK, so I wanted to buy the correct size in a different sneaker. She said she didn't have them in my size. I mention, don't you have another store and her response was "Oh, you want me to call them?" After she did, she said they didn't have them either. I mention, can't we order online? I'm thinking why am I doing your job?
