They may not have the "largest" inventory, or all the "super" discounts, but what they do have is quality parts and service, a knowledgeable staff, and very friendly service. If you just "have" to have a specific item, they can probably get it for you, in a day or two. But if you're willing to talk to them, they just may be able to find you something better, more appropriate and less expensive. Blue Mountain is also the local Verizon store, and has a good supply of their phones and equipment in stock, and ready for you to walk out talking. One of their hidden assets, is their repair service. Blue Mountain has an excellent repair technician that will take the time to tell you what you really need to know about the repair, Before. he ever ever even touches the repair service order. Then, if you agree, he fixes it, and does it right, the first time. I know, I used to be a service and repair technician, as well as a computer and "geek", and he is working on one of my computers, as I am writing this! (I just don't want to take the time to do it, myself). Blue Mountain is a small, yes, but very good, home town computer parts and store. Best of all, you can trust them to take care of your needs. Hi James, Thank you for your question. We are very experienced in dealing with computers running Microsoft and Linux operating systems. We have less experience with Apple systems, but are happy to take a look.

Apple is the only one whom can unlock the iPhone once it is disabled (not time locked)(either the wrong pin was imputed to many times; or the wrong Apple ID information; i.e. Password or email) It is a lengthy process; if it gives you a wait time then you will need to wait it out and try to input again whatever information is required. If the account is permanently locked, Apple is the only one that can unlock it at that point. There really is no easy way to unlock the phone once it is disabled.
