I give this Riverside a 4 and a half. The view of Perkins Cove was just beautiful. You can walk over to the shops and restaurants at Perkins Cove in 5 minutes. The parking however was on a different level and there isn’t an elevator. I definitely recommend it.

Rooms have great views of Perkins Cove, quiet location just over the draw bridge from the cove. Primarily a couples resort, nicely landscaped with clean accommodations with air-conditioning. Free parking and continental breakfast included.

Beautiful, scenic views. Spacious, clean rooms. Real floors. No dirty carpets! Friendly, attentive staff. 5 minute walk over the draw bridge to Perkin's Cove. Just a top notch experience!!!
