Mr. Allen was respectful and kind and made good conversation. My little one loved him and thought he was cool. However, he was respectful and did not pick her up which was very much appreciated. He did get down and talk to her directly which was a great addition to his visit and support in repairing our duct work.

Just recently had our final parts come in to complete the install of our mini split heating/cooling system. Mark Allen has been great from the beginning, he helped us figure out the most cost-effective heating for our home would be, was upfront about costs and warned us of future costs that may pop up (which wasn't a concern), has always been available to contact, and has gone above and beyond by making arrangements to get us temporary heat in our home during a product shortage. Installation was quick and easy, the installers were very friendly and accommodating according to some of our needs concerning our cats and dogs. After installation, the inspector even ordered a new fan for one of our outdoor units and replaced it promptly. This company truly knows how to take care of their customers.

Santos was very professional and did a great job. Took the time to tell me everything he did and fixed a wire on a fan that was in the attic with the furnace that's up there. Explained other things that Total Comfort has to offer. Very nice young man and I would welcome him back again to do services i need done on the furnace.
