Nice location near the beach. Lots to do and see nearby. The park is well kept, but older so some of the sites are a tight fit. We have been here several times as Thousand Trails members.

It was our third time at Moody, and our first time since the pandemic because of border issues. Management has changed since the last time we were there, and the new management team is awesome. Weβve had nothing but good encounters with every member of the staff. They have also removed two rules that bothered us the last time (clotheslines used to be forbidden and the hot tub used to be for 16+ years old), which I think is great. They also provided a few perks throughout the week by the pool, like freeze pops for the kids on a hot day and beach balls to play with. The new sections are clean, the pool is still as great as ever. The beach shuttle had to be on call because of lack of personnel, but it seriously never affected us, and we never had to wait more than 2 minutes to get on. The van is brand new and really great. Only bad point would be the cleanliness of the men bathrooms, which was a bit disgusting. I wouldnβt want to shower in there, personally.

This park is in one of the best locations in the north east!!! The staff are very friendly... We give it 4 stars mostly because of the friendly staff and the surrounding sights... It's actually sad that Moody Beach RV resort is being neglected... It is June 2022; and the grass is so long that it's grown well over the fire pits... If only they would cut the grass, it would make this park match the manicured and beautiful surroundings & towns.. Having said all that negative stuff, the surrounding towns & beaches like Wells Beach & Ogunquit Beach r so ultra manicured and stunning... Absolutely love this area.... Fabulous beaches, pubs, restaurants, shops and views that will melt your heart... β₯οΈ So don't let the length of the grass stop u from staying here.... I'm sure they will cut the grass eventually.. Lol and the location more than makes up for it.. π Try it.. u will love it...

I have been going to this campground, since the mid 80s as a young girl, it was known as "Outdoor World". My grandparents used to take my sister & cousins up for a week or two during the summer. We all looked forward to it, every year! As we all got older, I would go up with friends and camp, but now, my mother has a membership and my sister and I take our children. It's been repurchased by Thousand Trails and it's being updated and renovated. I was just up there on 6/4-6/5, and as I walked down nostalgia lane, I found it wonderful to see all that has changed and all that has remained the same. It's clean, friendly, and fun. There's always been a van that picks you up and drops you off at the beach too. It always has been and always will be; my home away from home. π

No they do not, the post office across the street does General Delivery. We got a post office box for $42.00 and if you cancel it be for 3 months they give you back half of what you paid. So it was worth it to us.
It sucks don't go there
There was one for sale last fall.
All private
If you get the Thousand Trails pass online, it costs only $39 per month, you get full access to the pool, game room, and lounge too.
They do not rent campers. They rent cottages, which typically run at 180 a night. They have some campers on site for sale though.
