Today was horrible. The counter top was wet as if someone spilled their drink on it. Then after we ordered I saw the female in the back who was preparing the orders touch the food with her bare hands including the rolls. I asked the girl who was working the register if they were supposed to wear gloves because of food safety and if so they needed to put them on before they even did my order. They all 3!females went to the back and came back with a box of gloves. Then came the food as we got it to go. The chicken was hard and dry, the gravy was nothing but water and the fish was also dry and hard. Nothing about this visit was good especially the fact that they were prepairing orders without gloves on and touching the food with their bare hands. I have already sent in a complaint and I hope I hear back because I will also be contacting the health department to have an inspection done

Really expensive chicken that doesn't even taste that great! There's another chicken joint which is on the same street that beats them hands down in terms of quality. The breading on this chicken is thick and pasty tasting, especially if they over batter or don't cook all the way through. They hire a lot of high school kids who don't take their job seriously. A lot of horseplay, lack of professionalism, and just plain bad service all around.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Literally my whole order wrong. The whole golden chick experience from drive thru to when I got the food. Horrible! Why are you guys even opened. They ask me at the window if I want a different drink cause the syrup ran out then they give me another drink that Is flat. I then ask for a sweet tea. They tell me they also have no ice. 15 minute drive home to find out they were also missing the sides that I ordered and payed for.
