I just moved to the area and came to pick up my U Box. Matt and I had spoken on the phone previously and he was extremely helpful. This was extended to my in person pick of my Ubox. Alex & Matt were extremely helpful in answering my questions and making sure I had everything I needed to get my belongings home safely! They made pick up a seamless and stressless process! Will definitely be returning if I am ever in need of Uhauls services!

Would be nice if someone was able to answer the phones once in a while . Tried calling at least 10 times in one week and not once did I get through to a employee .

Ease of use , word of advice fill tank to where it was when picked up before you bring back , or you pay triple in gas ..( my error ) Friendly staff
