I never go out of my way to write a review, however this time it was very necessary. I had my graduation party at their banquet hall this past weekend, and I could not have been more embarrassed. The confusion began the morning of, when I reached the venue and absolutely nothing was set up. When asked, the people working there were very confused about my event. They were asking me if I was sure that the event was on that day. I called the manager who we were in touch with throughout the booking process, and she proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t the staff’s business, as we only rented out the hall. However, We had settled on an agreement of 2 staff members to assist us, along with dishes and cutlery. I tried to communicate and tell her otherwise, however She did not take me seriously, and hung up the phone. Later when my family arrived, still nothing was set up. After calling her again, she said that she “forgot” that she had made a negotiated price with us, and was on her way to the venue. After all of this confusion, our appetizers were served an entire hour late. Putting us way behind schedule. Even after this confusion, our family was setting up all of the food ourselves, and we were literally in the kitchen warming and bringing out food for our own event. We had been completely behind schedule, however our family managed to make dinner work. At 10:50 PM , the lady came out and pulled out the speakers plug, stopping our party as our “time was up”. After literally messing up and delaying our party, she did not even bother to be flexible and give us an extra 5 minutes. At 10:55, she turned off the lights, rushing my guests out of the hall, being incredibly degrading and embarrassing. And to top it all off, she charged us way over the agreed price as she decided to change the way she wanted to charge for my event. It was an entire mess, very embarrassing and dealing with this woman was incredibly difficult. Mistakes can be made, however the way that they were dealt with proved just how invaluable customers were to them. Don’t book if you want a hassle free event. Very disappointed.

Quality and service has taken a hit. We called up ahead for a dine in service. There was no one dining in the restaurant when we reached. Our food was waiting on a table for us.. wait for it.... uncovered.. YIKES!!! People should have the basic courtesy of serving the food after the guests arrive or at least cover it with something..

Icecream Sandwiches

The service and the staff are extremely rude and cannot take criticism. Went to my family’s wedding there and had PLENTY of food left over however they refused to pack it, even tho we paid extra for the food. Find another place if you want a good time.

We have been served stale food. When complained to the front counter, he just ignored. No sorry nothing. I will never visit that restaurant.
