Too many trees no benches miles and mile of overgrowth and bad terrain whata shame it could be such a nice place ... The only that enjoy are the mosquitos

Went for a hike through Copicut Woods. Clearly defined trails make it easy to navigate. The "farm buildings" we read about on the internet were really just old, stone foundations but they were still pretty cool to see. You could definitely imagine what it looked like years ago. Pack a lunch and you can enjoy the small covered picnic area located a short distance from the old farmstead. Well maintained and clean area to rest and eat a packed lunch. A number of different trails to traverse make it a spot to revisit multiple times. Trail names are marked at each intersection for easy navigation with or without a map. We did have to cross an active road once or twice but did not encounter any traffic on them. Basically a nice, local spot to hike through for beginner to intermediate hikers, with some points of interest along the way.

Can't wait to go again to learn these trails

Really good trails, plenty of different ways to take to add more or less to the hike, flat ground, beautiful rock walls, properly marked trails
