"Karen" is a miserable employee with long dark hair. She had some sort of issue with me not hearing her order me to move to the next register, and went out of her way to make the oddest faces you ever did see in an effort to fully express her contempt. Non rhetorical question: Why are people like Karen actually paid to interact with the public, when they would be better served staying away from humans generally?

I was using the service daily before I retired last month. I watched ridership grow significantly over the past 4 years to the point that the very large parking lot is filling up during weekdays and bus overflow is becoming too commonplace. I've never had a problem with the customer service people, always polite and helpful if you are also. If you think you will get on the bus especially during rush hour by getting there in any less than 30 minutes ahead of the departure time, you are a fool and will likely get bumped. The buses are comfortable and drivers extremely polite and accommodating even after driving the commute Hell to Boston.
