The administrative staff is horrible. We keep getting over charged, double charged, and charged for services we don't even use. The staff is always indifferent and unresponsive when we try to fix it. I know many other members whom have had the same problem.

We have purchased two packages of swimming lessons from the Middleboro Branch. Our instructor, Olivia, has been just wonderful. She has been patient, compassionate, creative and adaptable. Even when my son has been resistant, she persisted with him, and it shows in the growth in his ability. He broke his arm a few weeks ago and we have been unable to attend while the injury heals. It has left him out of ALL of his activities, but swimming is the one that he complains about the most. He misses Olivia. That says a lot considering how fearful and unsure he was at the beginning. I'd highly recommend Olivia and the Middleboro YMCA aquatics program to anyone.
