Friendly, informative, patience till we 'get it' and while we're making our difficult decision without pressure, large inventory to test ride and choose from. They're busy so try not to go too close to closing and best yet, call for appointment to get that undivided attention they're willing to give you when time is set aside for you personally. Great customer service, didn't feel we were annoying or wasting their time, they gave us very one on one attention so that we could grasp the details of this important and substantial purchase. If you go in having done some research and establishing a rough budget based on your needs, then you can allow yourself to focus on the bikes features rather than worrying about a price point. Don't be afraid to go in and learn the prices within your needs and then make an appt to return once you've analyzed your needs, no pressure to purchase on the spot. You will feel that they are motivated and excited to sell, but we appreciated that they never shot us down with our concerns as if they weren't valid, but rather they agreed with why we had certain concerns, it always feels refreshing to be validated rather than insulted. There is no stupid question because you personally know how you will use the bike, so there was no intimidation. I've been test riding my new girl and she is the best! It's exactly what i didn't know i needed and each ride is like a new gift to myself!

I do not write reviews - until now. Dion, Andrew and their Team that we worked with yesterday was absolutely fantastic. We live in Lodi and were referred to Sierra E Bike by Family friends who had purchased bikes from them. We have local bike shops in the area but decided to drive 1 1/2 hours to check out their inventory and see if we would be able to get a good fit. Great decision!I set up an appointment with Andrew. He had called me the week before our appointment to ask us for information from my Wife and I - Height, riding styles, color preferences and budget. This made us feel that he cared about us and wanted to give us the very best Customer Servic. Andrew had built several bikes for us that met our specific "wants" that we could choose from.We purchased two E Bikes from them and were very pleased with our entire experience. The bikes our nice, the Customer Service is by far the Best ever. We had asked for some modifications/additions to the bikes and had made reservations for a quick dinner in the area. Their hours were coming to an end and they told us to go and enjoy dinner while they performed those items. They stayed late to get everything done. When we returned, they had our bikes ready and helped us load them in the truck.Typically after the sale, the Customer Service diminishes, Not with this Team.Dion, Andrew and your talented Team - thank you for making our entire experience special!Jeffrey and Crystal

Drove up to Sierra E-Bikes from Roseville after a neighbor friend had recommended them. Wow, what a great shop with old fashioned service! Andrew spent over an hour educating us on E-bikes, showing me how to operate it and then allowing me to test ride for as long as I wanted. (Even put on a different seat so I could try it out.) The customer service here is incredible and they will work with you to get a bike that works best for your needs. Andrew was fantastic to deal with and we enjoyed meeting his dad, Dion, before we left. They make a great team along with their friendly and helpful tech guys. They stand behind their work so if there’s a problem, I’m confident that it will be resolved quickly & easily. Looking forward to riding a bike again and maybe, returning for another E-bike for hubby at some point. You can’t go wrong with Sierra E-Bikes for price, helpful advice and customer service.
