We purchased hardware for my business through their website. Product was not what was shown on their website. When I emailed to point out the mistake an ask if they had the shown inventory, they sent a one sentence response that it varies. I asked if they had ANY inventory on-hand like what was shown and they stopped responding. I called, spoke to a person, asked the same question and was told someone would call me back (which never happened). The site was easy enough to use, the prices fair, shipping fast, but as a business owner, I need to work with dependable suppliers that care about me as a small business owner.

Crystal is the best. Without her the place would unravel. She has the patience of Mesthuselha. And Pam, she should be teaching classes on customer service to other companies. You can almost see the friendly smile over the phone. They are so efficient. The operation is smooth as silk. I hope they are appreciated and deserve a sizeable $$ raise.

Decided to drop in to check out their deer skins etc and was happily surprised at all the things they do with leather - from belts & bags to saddle repairs. The staff was friendly and helpful helping us choose the items we needed.

Drove an hour and fifteen minutes to check out this leather shop and not have ever been more disappointed in the whole experience. The store inventory is incredible, however the lack of friendliness and courtesy of the store personnel was beyond atrocious. Absolutely no personality, no attempt at giving reasonable customer service, truly appeared to be agitated that I was even in the store. I'm sure there is some underlying reason I received such a cold reception upon entering the store, but I hesitate to speculate. Thank goodness for options!
