An employee told me while helping me find an item that, and I quote “ a lot of the time the listed price isn’t right” - oh boy..... first red flag. Also, the employee could not comprehend what I was looking for, which was a LARGE cardboard box with holes. I had to ask several staff and even then they were showing my products that weren’t of the sort, just to finally go “ oh!! Is this what you’re looking for?!” After 20 min of me explaining .... wow these people are slow

Excellent grooming team! My dog is big and anxious and had terrible nails because I hadn't taken her to get her nails done in a while (due to her anxiety) and they did a great job trying to work with her. I watched them use some tricks I'll have to use at home! They were also very kind and understanding about the fact that I hadn't been taking my dog to get her nails done regularly, and had recommendations for me. I'll definitely be coming back!

The girls at the Forrest drive location are absolutely Goddess to us . We have 2 very large Great Danes and a corgi chow mix, and they do an OUTSTANDING job with all 3 of our babies.

Very clean store. Animals looks like they are taken care of here. Staff members are helpful too. I would definitely recommend this pet store over others due to the updated facility and good customer service. When I was there, one of their employees were taking the snakes out of the cages to feed them in the back. They look healthy and well fed. They had a really good deal on live animals. All half off. And all fish tanks were one dollar per gallon, which is also a fairly decent deal.

That all depends on the type of wash. You can get a flea dip included for a extra price but basic washes start at $35
Only of they are having an adoption fair
I didn't see any the last time I was there, but I've seen some before there for adoption.
Absolutely! Hold your cat or keep your dog on a leash though, and refrain from bringing in more exotic pets like snakes or spiders. Knowledgeable staff are always there to discuss the best treats or behavioral training for your furry (or feathery) best friend!
They don't have them in stock, but they can get them. I asked today while I was in there.
Depending on the birds they may buy it, but they don't have used cages etc.. there. Your best bet is to to put all of it on Letgo or OfferUp. They sell all new stuff here.
Yes they do have geckos
