Myself and a friend went there when it was advertised that they were doing Covid Testing. While there we took a tour with the owner, Donna. She could have handed us off to an employee but she was gracious enough to walk through with us. I'm not really a people person but she spoke to us like we were catching up like old friends. The patio is really nice. I would definitely come back and hang out there when the weather warms a bit...but that doesn't matter because there are heaters to keep you comfortable during cold weather. The upstairs is definitely gonna be my chill spot. Happy to say I could rent there for future gatherings...plus plus for me. It's great to see The New Elroy owners not just there to make money but to offer a much needed community service. Thanks Donna, you are much appreciated.

I've been following them since they opened. Nothing but positivity comes out of this place. The owner Donna is up to date with what the community needs and does her best to provide it. The Chef, Starr is constantly providing delicious snacks and meals and support to the establishment. This a spot to check out!

Bomb.com! Went up and down U street , not what I was looking for :( My boyfriend and I came here , Paradise (our server) definitely delivert! We drank ‘Rum Punch’ and ‘Blue Mermaid’ and ate Whiting Fish, Fries and Hush Puppies. We were able to watch Thursday night Football and Listen to some good music! Definitely be back ! 🖤

Unfortunately you have to be 21 to enter. DC liquor board does not care if you are not drinking. Just being in the establishment is grounds for them to be fined or shutdown.
No. If you think a karaoke night would be good on there, reach out to the venue or one of their promotors. They may add it based on the climate of their clientele.
