The Mave

I usually don’t write reviews but living at Mave has become increasingly frustrating. In the past couple months, we have been repeatedly woken up in the middle of the night by garbage trucks coming couple times per week and smashing dumpsters onto the ground as loud as they can. Between garbage trucks, constant fire alarm issues and early morning landscaping work, you will be lucky to sleep through a night without some form of machinery waking you up (as I currently lie sleepless after the routine 5am dumpster trucks). Needless to say, we will try to find somewhere else to live soon.

One of the best apartment complexes I have lived in, and I typically move once a year so I have lived in many different places. I always feel safe here. It is quiet. Great location close to the highway and the Fells trails. The Mave has great amenities as well. Highly recommend.

The Mave is a great apartment community. The community is clean and well maintained, residents are kept informed regarding community news/policies, delivery packages are well organized, parking rules are reasonably enforced, maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. Never had a problem with neighbors. I had a great time while living there. Special kudos to the assistant property manager, Rachel Bradley. I had to end my lease early for a job relocation and she was super helpful getting it sorted out. Keep up the good work, Mave Team!

Sad to leave the Mave after 11 months. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed all the amenities (pool, gym, dog park, common areas, etc.). It is a very dog friendly complex and having the Middlesex Fells right across the street was so convenient. The tenants and staff are really friendly and we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend quarantine. Rachel Bradley in the leasing office was especially helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience from the first tour of the apartment, up until move out day. If it wasn’t for purchasing a home, we would’ve definitely stayed at the Mave for much longer.
