California Water is charging triple my usual water bill for leaks they couldn't detect. They were not helpful with the diagnosis to determine where the leak(s) are coming from.

I am a new resident of Chico. I went to move into my new house and found the water off. I called after hours about 7pm and Cal Water dispatched an on call employee to turn it on for me. I had water within an hour. I appreciated the service. I've also talked with the office and have yet to have a poor interaction with them. I notice some poor reviews, but for me, it's been pretty solid so far.

Silence Do Good

Water went out accidentally due to them servicing a main line, representative acted like it was no big deal. We were never notified. It's frustrating that they are the only game in town and get to disregard common courtesy because they'll get our money anyway.
